Q: Can I personalize my jewelry or baby pins?
Yes! Many pieces can be customized (initials, name, birthstone, chain length, or charm selection). Choose your options on the product page or add notes at checkout. If we have any questions, we’ll email you before making your piece.
Q: How long do custom orders take?
Most custom pieces are made to order. Typical make time: 1–3 business days before shipping. Very intricate or bulk orders may take a little longer.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
We start on orders quickly. If you need a change or cancellation, contact us ASAP at support@lp-muse.com with your order number. If production/shipping hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to help.
Sizing & Adjustments
Q: How do I choose the right chain length?
Our delicate, layered look usually mixes 14–16 in chokers with 18–22 in standard lengths. See each product page for available lengths and extender options. Need a special length? Message us—most pieces can be adjusted.
Q: Are extenders available?
Yes. Many necklaces include a built-in extender or offer an add-on extender so you can layer easily.
Materials, Quality & Care
Q: What metals and stones do you use?
We design with tarnish-resistant stainless steel, 14k gold plating, sterling silver plating, and natural crystals/gemstones sourced globally. (See each listing for exact materials.)
Q: How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep pieces dry and free from lotions, perfume, and chlorine. Store separately in a soft pouch/box. Wipe gently with a microfiber cloth after wear.
Q: Do gemstones have “healing” properties?
Many customers wear crystals for symbolism or intention. We share traditional meanings for inspiration only—they are not medical advice.
Baby Pins & Safety
Q: Are your baby stroller pins safe?
Our pins are decorative keepsakes intended for supervised use on strollers/diaper bags—not toys. Do not place directly on a child’s clothing, crib, or bedding. Remove during sleep and whenever unattended.
Q: Can I customize baby pins (name, charms, colors)?
Yes—choose charms and personalization on the product page. We’ll assemble to your specs and quality-check the pin mechanism before shipping.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—site-wide free shipping on qualifying orders within the U.S. (Any exclusions will be noted at checkout.)
Q: How long does shipping take?
After your make time, typical transit is:

Q: How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. You can also use Track Your Order on our site with your order number and email.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Buyers are responsible for any VAT/duties required by their country. We cannot mark orders as gifts or reduce item values on customs forms.
Returns, Exchanges & Issues
Q: What’s your return policy?
Unworn, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Final sale: personalized items, earrings (for hygiene), and gift cards.
Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect—help!
We’ve got you. Email support@lp-muse.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll quickly replace, or resolve.

Q: Is this a gift? Can you include a note?
Absolutely! Add a gift message at checkout. Many items arrive in our La Petite Muse packaging, and baby gifts can include a keepsake card.
Q: Do you offer birthstone or zodiac cards?
Yes—look for add-ons on product pages. We also have gemstone meaning cards you can include with your order.
