Expedited Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Expedited Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

USPS Ground (Free) 2-5 Business days

USPS Priority 2-3 Business days 

USPS Priority Express 1-2 Business days 

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number

Tracking information may take up to 24 – 48 hours to update.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2- 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. Processing times will be noted in the product description.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages or issue refunds for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
