How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at sales@LP-Muse.com or Call Customer Care (855) 576-8731 with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll provide instructions to complete the process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, we’re happy to offer an exchange within the same 30 day period.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
